WHAT IS COLD BREW?
Cold brew is coffee that's made by steeping course coffee grounds in either room temperature or cold water for 12-18 hours, rather than typical coffee making methods that use hot water to extract flavor from the coffee grounds. Once the coffee Is steeped, you end up with a strong coffee concentrate that you can dilute with either milk or water and can be stored up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
